Surrender of certificate.—Every authorised entity who ceases to carry on the establishment of a telecommunication network shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register of subscribers held by him has been disposed of.
