Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the authorised entity shall apply to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
