Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the manufacturer to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 28, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the State Medical Council shall record the manner and the date of service within fourteen days of the service.
