Application for registration.—Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall make an application for registration to the State Medical Council in Form 28, within seven days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every drug held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
