Bye-law 2, National Medical Commission (Fees of The manufacture of drugs) Bye-laws, 2024 [S57-BQQ]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "manufacturer" means a person carrying on the manufacture of drugs; (c) "licence" means a licence received, held or disposed of by a manufacturer in the course of the manufacture of drugs; (d) "Form 21" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
