Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for canal works who ceases to carry on the execution of canal works shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ground Water Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
