Application for registration.—Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application for registration to the Housing Board in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every project held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
