Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a pilgrim lodge who ceases to carry on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
