Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the business of a travel agent shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every conservation plan held by him has been disposed of.
