Fees.—The fee of one thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Insurance Information Bureau by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IRDA-5; and the Insurance Information Bureau shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
