Surrender of certificate.—Every specialised adoption agency who ceases to carry on the placement of children in adoption shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register of children held by him has been disposed of.
