Intimation of change.—Every operator of a plant shall intimate to the Divisional Forest Officer, in Form VI and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
