Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a plant who ceases to carry on the operation of a plant shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Divisional Forest Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every wild animal article held by him has been disposed of.
