Intimation of change.—Every operator of a children's home shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form VI and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
