Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the passenger shall apply to the Railway Claims Tribunal in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Railway Claims Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
