Surrender of certificate.—Every passenger who ceases to carry on travel by railway shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of consignments held by him has been disposed of.
