Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any status holder dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Director General in Form ANF-1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of origin then held; and the Director General shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
