Surrender of certificate.—Every status holder who ceases to carry on the export of goods as a status holder shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-2A of the manner in which every register of imports held by him has been disposed of.
