Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant who ceases to carry on the treatment of sewage shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the River Basin Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every water course held by him has been disposed of.
