Application for registration.—Every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall make an application for registration to the National Authority in Form D, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every fire safety certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
