Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative society who ceases to carry on the business of a co-operative society shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every insecticide held by him has been disposed of.
