Safe custody.—Every foreign portfolio investor shall keep every rating to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every rating so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Recognised Stock Exchange within fifteen days of the close of each year.
