Fees.—The fee of one lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Recognised Stock Exchange by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form D; and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
