Fees.—The fee of eight thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand six hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Appellate Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 3; and the Appellate Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
