Authorised agent.—Any designated consumer may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the State Commission in Form VII the name and address of the agent within thirty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within ninety days of the revocation.
