Bye-law 5, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Registration of The consumption of energy by a designated consumer) Bye-laws, 2023 [S56-6BK]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 22 June 2023.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the designated consumer shall apply to the State Commission in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
