Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the officer of a company shall apply to the Tribunal in Form AOC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
