Application for registration.—Every officer of a company carrying on the keeping of books of account shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form ADT-1, within seven days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every debenture held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
