Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "officer of a company" means a person carrying on the keeping of books of account; (c) "annual return" means a annual return received, held or disposed of by a officer of a company in the course of the keeping of books of account; (d) "Form ADT-1" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
