Maintenance of premises.—Every displaced person shall keep the premises where the allotment of property to a displaced person is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every interest in land kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the allotment of property to a displaced person, and shall furnish to the Land Acquisition Officer in Form 3, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
