Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the limited guardian shall apply to the National Trust in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the National Trust shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
