Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any working women's hostel dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Local Complaints Committee in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of children then held; and the Local Complaints Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
