Safe custody.—Every working women's hostel shall keep every home study report to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a working women's hostel is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every home study report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Local Complaints Committee within thirty days of the close of each year.
