Intimation of change.—Every working women's hostel shall intimate to the Local Complaints Committee, in Form III and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Local Complaints Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
