Conditions of registration.—Every adoption agency shall carry on the placement of children for adoption only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of births in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of births for inspection on request by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
