Application for registration.—Every adoption agency carrying on the placement of children for adoption shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form IV, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register of births held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
