Conditions of registration.—Every contractor engaged by a Panchayat shall carry on the execution of works for a Panchayat only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every demand notice in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such demand notice for inspection on request by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
