Application for registration.—Every advertiser on railway premises carrying on the display of advertisements on railway premises shall make an application for registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form H, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every ticket held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
