Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distributor shall apply to the Food Authority in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Food Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
