Intimation of change.—Every portfolio manager shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in Form G and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
