Intimation of change.—Every lessee of a village fishery shall intimate to the Gram Sabha, in Form 1 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Sabha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
