Maintenance of premises.—Every lessee of a village fishery shall keep the premises where fishing in a village tank is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every muster roll kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with fishing in a village tank, and shall furnish to the Gram Sabha in Form 6, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
