Intimation of change.—Every adventure sports operator shall intimate to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, in Form F and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
