Surrender of certificate.—Every adventure sports operator who ceases to carry on the conduct of adventure sports shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every recognition held by him has been disposed of.
