Application for registration.—Every owner of a lodging house carrying on the keeping of a lodging house shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form D, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register of properties held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
