Intimation of change.—Every rehabilitation professional shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Council, in Form IV and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
