Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manager of a math shall apply to the Endowments Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Endowments Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
