Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of a math who ceases to carry on the management of a math shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Endowments Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
