Safe custody.—Every committee of a gurdwara shall keep every donation receipt to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the management of a gurdwara is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every donation receipt so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Charity Commissioner within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
