Application for registration.—Every operator of a private network carrying on the operation of a captive telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every network held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
